I found the cushion guys online as I had some work done and needed a replacement cushion for my bay window bench. Jonathan was super helpful, both via email and phone and after getting some samples I placed an order. The turnaround time was very quick and when I saw the cushion the first time it was a big YES. Update: I have since gone back to the cushion guys to get a bay window cushion made. It had a bit of a wonky shape. So with Jonathan’s guidance we cut out a template from wrapping paper, sent it to them, and in return got a perfectly fitting cushion! Extremely happy with the service once again.

I received my window seat cushions yesterday and have to say they are highly quality and comfortable. The customer service I received was excellent from start to finish. Jonathan advised us on the foam specification over the phone and sent out fabric samples to ensure a good match an adjacent existing sofa. The finished cushions were well made and fitted perfectly into place.
