Highly Recommended! Fantastic quality product and really thorough customer service. We ordered a large window seat covered cushion. Jonathan was extremely helpful in advising on the right product for our room including recommending suitable fabrics as we have children and a dog and wanted something that would last and be easy to clean. He explained clearly how to measure the space to ensure the cushion fitted perfectly and talked us through all the options. The cushion arrived within the agreed timescale , fits perfectly and is extremely well made. It has exceeded all expectations. It was great value for money and we would definitely use the cushion guys again.

Very helpful in talking me through the alternatives for new cushions. I have a sofa that had old leaking feather cushions that needed to be replaced. The measuring of what effectively were custom made seat cushions was easy, and explained so that I would get the best fit for my covers. The quote for the cushions was very competitive and a very affordable price Delivery was within the quoted time and fully tracked so that I knew when to expect my purchase. I am very happy with my choice and excellent service from this company. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, I now have a "new" sofa and will definitely use this company in the future.

I needed really good quality cushion replacements for my Laura Ashley sofa and I found the Cushion guys online as a supplier for the brand I needed. Right from the get go, their communication was second to none. Jonathan was so helpful with every single question I had, and there were many ! Then along came Brexit, and customs ..which delayed delivery a little.. Again I could not have wished for better service. Jonathan replied to every call, every email with wicked fast speed and efficient service. Shout out to Vanessa also in their office who was always so lovely and helpful. We received our bench and chair cushions last week from Jonathan and we could not be happier. During lockdown I spent weeks researching various companies who specialise in custom made cushions and came across Cushion Guys via Google. By far the best after going into depth before placing our order. The service has certainly been above 5* throughout, the choice of fabrics were broad (Jonathan even posted various samples) and the quality of the material luxurious. Our cushions fit perfectly and the overall quality is so transparent, even meeting way above our high expectations. Certainly worth every penny and value for money considering what you get. We will be using Jonathan again in the future, regardless of the distance - we are in Leeds and they are in Luton. Made absolutely no difference geographically. Thanks again!

We cannot praise the company enough for the great personal service we have received. Jonathan has gone out of his way to ensure the furniture suite covers were exactly as required due to our unusual design. Nothing was too much trouble with regular telephone contact. We provided our old covers at Jonathan’s request to use as templates. The new covers arrived earlier than advised and fitted perfectly and were of excellent quality. After some searching online for replacement cushion covers for our sofa, I was so pleased I came across the Cushion Guys. I will admit that I had reservations about using an online company but Jonathan was extremely quick to reassure me by providing fantastic customer service. He was also a godsend when recommending some fabric companies so that I might source the perfect pattern to compliment our room and the quality of the finished product is outstanding. Much like all of the positive reviews you can see for Cushion Guys, I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the market for furniture improvements. The cushions on our 5-seater corner sofa were in need of some TLC and I'm so pleased with the result. Jonathan's customer service was impeccable from start to finish. He was friendly, nothing was too much trouble and he was great with communication (both on email and on the phone). He kindly arranged some samples for me to take home, really helpful when you're trying to make an informed decision. The price was very reasonable, and so worth it for the result. The service that Cushion Guys and specifically Jonathan provided was excellent. We’d been looking for a while but found other similar companies typically didn’t provide the right service or range and styles we were after. We had complicated requirements due to the shape of the seating, and Jonathan took time to walk us through every step, being sure to capture dimensions in detail whilst also giving recommendations for cushion fillings, styles, shapes and fabrics. The cushions arrived ahead of when we expected them. The stitching and quality is great and the fabric of high quality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for bespoke cushions and covering.

I have a rather unusual bay window shape in my home and I was looking for a custom cushion to fit in the space. I talked to a few different suppliers but The Cushion Guys really we’re a cut above the rest! Jonathan was really communicative and talked me through the process, he also called me to clarify a few things and when there were some inconsistencies in my measurement they were very communicative. The final product has arrived and it is so much better than I thought it would be. The fabric quality is great and the finishing on the cushion is perfect! I can’t recommend The Cushion Guys enough!

We have a sofa that is way too deep, making it uncomfortable to sit back and relax. We didn't know what to do other than renew the suite. However, we found Cushion Guys on the internet and spoke to Jonathan for advice. I had a wonderful experience with Jonathan Lee from the cushion guys. He communicated that there would be a delay initially with delivering my cushions as I ordered so close to Christmas. The delay wasn’t a problem but Jonathan and his team managed to get my items sent ahead of expectations. The end product is fantastic. We had a new sofa with poor quality factory cushions. This review is a very worthy and much deserved one….. The time Johnathan took and the advice he gave was spot on and I couldn’t be more delighted with my bespoke cushions for my knitted covers. From beginning to end the service I received was second to none and I would without doubt use them again and recommend them to others. Nothing but positive things to say about Cushion Guys - particularly Jonathan. Very easy consultation over email about what I was after, just a replacement of seat cushions that were so flat. I sent the covers through the post so they could insert the cushions for me. Even when there was a hiccup with the delivery company, Jonathan made contact on my behalf and got redelivery sorted overnight. My sofa now looks as good as new! So comfy, bouncy! Easy to understand website & instructions on how to measure correctly. My order arrived within a week as advised & well protected. I initially thought OMG they’re too big, but after I had removed the protective packaging & popped the cushion covers on all was perfect. Nice & firm cushions. Definitely will use again. We bought a new sofa in March this year (2023) it had fibre topped seat cushions, within a few weeks we realised that fibre topped seat cushions were not for us (our old sofa had all foam quite firm-ish cushions) By May we knew we had made a big mistake and we had to do something about it so I had a look around the internet and found The Cushion Guys with fantastic reviews, I rang and spoke to Jonathan he was so nice, kind and helpful, he understood my problem and was very professional, he gave me total confidence that they could solve the problem so I posted off my seat cushion covers to The Guys to have new foam cushions made to measure for them. Eight days after they had arrived with The Guys our new luxury foam cushions were back home looking fantastic and oh so comfortable, my husband sat on the sofa and said "thank goodness that's better" The cost was so very reasonable. I totally recommend The Cushion Guys. they were brilliant, I totally 100% recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for anything to do with cushions. The Cushion Guys solved our problem. We recently purchased luxury foam cushions from the Cushion Guys, we had excellent advice from Karl who guided us in choosing the right product. We sent our cushion covers to enable expert fitting , which proved to be the right decision, we couldn’t be more happy with the finished product, which has enhanced our suite. We have two loaf dawdler sofa’s. Loaf appear to send out their sofa’s with different cushion filling to the one in the showroom. The cushions on the delivered product ‘fail’ almost immediately requiring the need to ‘plump’ up the cushions four or five times a day. After 8 months, the interior begins to degrade and breakdown causing white residue to leak out. So, enough about Loaf, now onto The Cushion Guys. First class service and cushions we can now sit on and not sink into a reclining position immediately after sitting down. Makes the sofa’s (which are good save the rubbish cushions) great again. Turn around from us sending off the covers to return 7-10 working days. All be it not cheap, cost reflects quality of customer service and the actual product itself so good value. As Benjamin Franklin once said, “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten”. Shame Loaf wasn’t a lower price to reflect the poor quality of their cushion inserts. It’s a shame I didn’t keep the old Loaf cushions to show pictures of the quality, or lack of. Well done Cushion Guys for solving this for us.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Having been very disappointed by the lack of comfort in my Loaf sofa, I was both wary of making another mistake and inclined to go to the opposite extreme. Jonathan was very patient and gave me good advice throughout. The communication was excellent, and Vanessa very quickly rearranged the delivery day for me, as I would have been out all day on the first date suggested. The new cushions arrived today, beautifully wrapped, and they are fantastic. I am so grateful that they put the covers on for me, as I would have really struggled and they are perfect. Really prompt service. So happy with the new seat cushions for my m&s sofa. Jonathan was so helpful and listened to my concerns about my very new existing cushions and why they did not suit me . So I sent the covers to them and now I have a very ‘comfy’ sofa ! Vanessa was so helpful on the telephone updating me on delivery. I have no hesitation recommending. The whole company are obviously very dedicated in giving excellent customer service.

Absolutely fantastic service from Jonathan and the team at The Cushion Guys. We have a Loaf sofa and snuggle chair which for years have been uncomfortable, too squishy and always look messy. Thought would need to replace them when came across the Cushion Guys, saw some of the previous reviews so took a chance with the snuggle chair and was amazed at the speed of the service and the result. Now have just had sofa cushions replaced too and feel like have a brand new sofa! Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic company, we feel so lucky to have found and worked with Jonathan at The Cushion Guys. The process has been absolutely seamless and Johnathan has been nothing but patient, professional and incredibly helpful throughout. We had a bespoke seating area built as part of our house renovation and Johnathan advised us throughout, from tips about building the structure all the way through to materials and fabrics. Excellent service from the Cushion Guys. Answered my emails promptly with the many questions I had prior to sending off the covers. From sending my covers off on the Monday, I received the cushions back the following Friday - so less than 2 weeks for the whole process. A really professional job which has revived our Habitat Chester sofa.

I wanted to replace my sofa seat and back feather cushions with foam. I looked over the Cushion Guys website and saw a variety of foams and cuts and details of how to measure up. Me and measuring generally spells disaster so I was delighted to see the option of sending the covers and getting them back 'stuffed'. That was the one for me. And now I'm sitting very comfortably on the sofa writing this review. Cushion Guys were courteous, understanding and efficient throughout the process. I recommend.
